This one is close to home, literally. They say the builders house is last to built, but we are chipping away at this little beachside bungalow. After years of tiny house living, our family of six bought our first home without wheels in Woy Woy at the end of 2020. She’s still a work in progress (as you will see) but a labour of love for our whole family. Integrating the old with the new & creating a functional flow for lots of people in a small space has been our main goal for this house. It has involved a bench seat for the dinning room, built in corner couch & fireplace, recessed blinds, flush jamb windowsills, a large concrete counter top with breakfast bar, wrap around deck & a beautiful iron bark fence. Watch this space for more progress pictures. Pretty soon we will start the back half of the house & finish off the landscaping.
