We specialise in architectural coastal & rural homes on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. We offer a holistic approach through the entire process of your build, including architectural & interior design, construction, landscaping & future property maintenance.

Our Why
Hi I’m Jalen (Jay),
My wife Freyja & our 4 kids have lived in a variety of unique housing situations including beach side apartments, a bus, multiple tiny houses, farms houses, and massive architectural masterpieces. Each home has taught us important life lessons about “connection” that have changed the way I approach building. The privilege to live in any home is not lost on us but in every home we noticed particular features that either helped or hindered our families ability to cultivate deeper relationships. When we started Legacy Building Co we set out to invite our clients to intentionally consider these things because we believe in cheering families on to thrive in all areas of life.
