The Walker Family Home

It was a pure joy working with the Walkers to expand their unique hidden gem among the gum trees. As creatives who predominately work from home & are raising two daughters it was important their space was functional, inspiring & inviting. We tide the houses original dark, cozy & artistic features of the house into the bright open concept extension by adding in a warm feature wall under the kitchen bench. With some Italian heritage in the family, a built in Pizza oven was a must! Couple that entertaining space with a large deck, pool area & open concept dinning & lounge area, there is now room for the entire extended family & friends to gather. This build also involved new bathrooms, a garage, large farm style gates, an office & large studio that doubles as a guest house. The entire property is a tranquil & welcoming hide away & it has been our privilege to be along side Dom & Bevan to bring their vision to life. No doubt there will be many memories made, stories told & a long standing legacy established in this home.
